The majority of people in Paris do dress in a manner that might be described as business casual when they go to work, but on the weekends, they dress in a manner that is more informal and relaxed. On the other hand, they do not compromise elegance for comfort. Walking about in Paris while wearing yoga pants or leggings designed for jogging is not the norm.
